This special E-Mail/Website link has been established to improve communication between the Division of Career Services (DCS) and its local workforce development partners. The link’s design allows questions related to MassWorkforce Policy and Informational issuances to be organized and managed in a way that leads to timely clarification and ease of use.

This email will allow local area staff to submit questions and receive responses to MassWorkforce Policy and Informational issuances dating back to the beginning of calendar year 2003:starting with Issuance #03-01.

This email will also help the Division of Career Services capture historical information that will be useful for both forthcoming policy and informational issuances and future planning purposes and is intended to provide a forum for all workforce development partners to share information and learn from one another’s experiences.

A Review Committee will ensure that all local questions regarding policy and informational issuances are distributed to appropriate content experts and that responses are reviewed, drafted and posted (as appropriate) at MassWorkforce.org/PolicyQA.
